8:15am - pick up at Doubletree Hotel to Bldg. 50 Auditorium at LBNL

Fri Oct 26th EVENING

7:25pm - depart LBNL to downtown Berkeley BART station and Doubletree Hotel
9:10pm - depart LBNL to downtown Berkeley BART station and Doubletree Hotel

Sat Oct 27th MORNING

8:15am - pick up at Doubletree Hotel
8:30am - pick up at downtown Berkeley BART station

Sat Oct 27th AFTERNOON

4:10pm - depart LBNL to downtown Berkeley BART station and Doubletree Hotel

PARKING
Parking is very difficult on Friday. Allow time to search for a space (which may not be that close to the Auditorium). Better yet, take the bus or LBNL shuttle (on Friday only). You can park at the Doubletree Hotel and take the one morning bus.

SENDING YOUR TALKS (12-MINUTES IN LENGTH)
If you are speaking in the parallel sessions, you should have received an email about getting your talk to us. We will NOT check email for talks after 4:30pm on Thursday.

FRIDAY LUNCH
In the LBNL cafeteria. You pay for it.

SATURDAY LUNCH
Yes there is a free lunch (Saturday only) if you signed up for it (we have a few extras). It will be near the Auditorium (NOT cafeteria). Choices are: turkey, ham, roast beef, vegetarian

BANQUET
Friday night in the LBNL cafeteria. There may still be places available for dinner. If you are interested in this possibility, you should tell us immediately at: aps2007@lbl.gov and bring a check (NO credit cards, NO cash) for $20 or $10 students.
