Transportation provided from hotel to LBL.

Students: who can find support to pay their hotel expenses should make their own reservations at the Doubletree Hotel. Those students who indicate on the Registration form that they are requesting housing support should wait to hear from us. The housing support for students consists of free lodging for those willing to share a double room. We have limited funds available so please register as early as possible.

Reservations will be made by: Individual Call-In no later than Tuesday, September 25th, 2007 by 5PM PST. Attendees may make their reservations by calling the Hotel Reservation’s Department directly at 1-800-243-0625 or our Central Reservations’ toll-free number at 1-800-222-TREE (8733). Reservations requested by your attendees after this date will be accepted based upon availability.
