A block of rooms is being held at the Torrance Holiday in for the dates 10/16/08 through 10/20/08. Reservations will be made by: Individual Call-In no later than Sunday, October 5th, 2008 by 5PM PST. Attendees may make their reservations by any of the following three methods:
1. Online Booking:
- log on to http://www.holiday-inn.com/torranceca
- click on "Book Online" in the top right corner
- Input arrival date and departure date
- Click "Corporate, Group & IATA Identification" bar near the bottom
- Input group code "PDC" and click "Find Hotel" to go to the next screen
2. By phone to Torrance Holiday Inn
- Call the Torrance Holiday Inn at (310) 781-9100 and ask for reservations.
- When making your reservation, let the agent know that you are with "California APS" or use the group code "PDC" to get the group rate.
3. By phone to Holiday Inn nationwide reservations
- Call the Holiday Inn nationwide reservations desk at 1-800-HOLIDAY.
- When making your reservation, let the agent know that you are with "California APS" or use the group code "PDC" to get the group rate.
Rooms will be held at a rate of $99.00 + 14% tax until 10/05/08. After that date, reservations may still be accepted based upon availability at the prevailing rate. Reservations made for dates outside the range listed above will be charged at the prevailing rate.
A credit card will be required at booking time to make a reservation. Individual reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled or changed from the original arrival date after this time will be subject to a forfeiture of one night's room and tax for each room reserved.
